Inspired by Ambient Music

Since discovering Brian Eno's "Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks" album in the mid 80's, ambient music has been a major soundtrack to my life.

It perfectly soundtracks the world we live in. Wild and windswept landscapes, atmospheric ruins, the shadows cast on skyscrapers as the evening sun dips below the horizon and more.

More recently, reading The Rings of Saturn by W. G. Sebald has sparked ideas a plenty. It's this and all of the above that I now attempt to translate, via my "Inspired by Ambient" range of tees, into images that takes your imagination to distant lands.
